IMGate can do pop-before-smtp relaying, which is fully transparent to your users and independent of the ip they are on. I assume you have told all your users to send their outbound mail to mail.s5di.com?? All you would need to do is change the A record of mail.s5di.com to the ip of IMGate, and you're done.
