Just as a follow-up, I just tested a 2 thousand character paragraph sent from killerwebmail.com to myself on another IMail server, and to my mindspring account, and both came through fine, with no truncation, even though KWM is set to NOT hardwrap messages. I'd say she might have a browser problem. Have her try from killerwebmail.com to confirm that.
