Andrey, IPSwitch.com (imail) has an example of a batch file that will automate the coping of all of your rules.ima files to all of your domains. You might want to navigate there and search their knowledge base are for rules.ima there is an example. You might want to consider modifying the file to include your kill.lst too - that way you can have it copied too.
