Yes. The SendName registry entry allows you to do this (you can search the
KB to find out more details on it). However, you can only have it call a
program you write, that is specifically designed to work with IMail (for
example, it needs to handle file locking).

You could do this, but the AV program would have to be custom written to
handle the file locking, passing the good E-mails on to IMail, handling the
viruses somehow, etc.

Note that if you only need to monitor a specific address, a program alias
is an easier way to accomplish it (you don't have any behind-the-scenes
work to take care of -- you can do whatever you want).
