Hey Les, The tif was created from a .pdf document. The point being that if I have a document that I need to fax to a client I should be able to create it in Word, print to pdf, export to tiff and fax. (whew) According to Ipswitch, this issue is a known problem and they are testing it, whatever that means. It just seems to me that if you create an app that you say can fax file types but it renders those types unreadable, then it's not really a working product. Otherwise, what good does it do me to be able to fax a plain ol' email?
