Hey Troy, I totally agree with you - that is why my copy of Imail email fax now sits on the shelf collecting dust. but if you do want to continue with it you may wish to invest in Peernet Efax driver. as this is a psuedo print driver you would not need to convert the document into a PDF first and you can also play with the pixel ratio so the faxed document comes out correctly - the only reason i did not pursue this route was that at the time i did not have the programming skills to provide a totaly automated package for my users. you can download a trial at www.peernet.com .
