There is an email on there that is infected with a virus (not sure as to
which one..) but I have seen this many times.

There are 2 ways around this that I have found
        - download the email into a client app (with current AV software of
course...do this at your own risk)

 -or-    - delete the whole mailbox and recreate (losing everything in the
box )
