Paste the above lines into your browser and it will navigate to panda's online av scanner. You will have a choice of either disinfecting the email or not to take any action. At the end of the scan you'll have the option to review a report of all viruses/trojans. Use "common sense" caution when scanning any server or mbx files.. if you choose to automatically disinfect the virus it could cripple your server at worst or wipeout your users mail boxes..
