You should post some information on your web site pertaining to the
maintenance
of you log files.  This way whomever wishes to view them will know that you
only
keep X amount on hand.

For example:

Log files may be deleted after one week or at our discretion.

<Too bad if they don't like it, they did not pay for the system!>

PS:     It's hard enough keeping up with Hardware and Software changes
        now we have to worry about the Legal stuff too!  When do the
        SyOps ever get a break?
