On your last comment, you're totally correct. There is No
AUTOMATED centralized administration tools, yet the product is marketed
for ISP's. I'm not sure about most companies, but I can't see an ISP
using the GUI to add users, nor do I see them running into the
datacenter to run the adddomain.exe on the local box or through and GUI
remote emulation program.
We've currently looking at RCMD to remotely run everything as it
seems like it may be able to do what we'd like. I still don't see why
it can't be added to ADDDOMAIN.exe, some sort of -h (hostname) switch
which tells the utility which registry it will be altering.

RSH/REXEC, COM objects available from IP*Works and others, and
VBScript/VB/VC++/whatever. Or ASPExec and IIS over HTTP.

It is reliable once in place, but getting there with the proper error-
and conflict- checking is not easy.

No AUTOMATED centralized adminstration tools, you mean. It's not fair
to imply that the web administrator isn't there.
