I'm new to administrating a mail server and so I have a basic question. I
have a list server called Lyris running on a Linux machine that is trying to
deliver mail to my mail box on IMail Server (7.12) running on Win2K.
Usually it delivers mail to me just fine, but once in awhile I get an error
mail from Lyris indicating that it could not deliver mail. The error mail
comes to me at the same e-mail address as the e-mail which could not be
delivered.

How can I find out why the connection is sometimes being refused? Below is
the error mail I get from Lyris. Please note that the e-mail address
[EMAIL PROTECTED] is my e-mail address. The system delivers this error
e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], but in the error mail it indicates that a
connection to this mail server is being refused. What is the best way for
me to try and track down the problem?

David Miller.
