I've just switched to a Windows 2000 server and IMail version 7.12. I've got about 3,000 users that I've copied over from my old IMail NT server.
I'm having four new problems related to web messaging since I've upgraded: 1. Several of my webmail users are having trouble logging in now. Whenever they enter their correct username and password, they receive the username/password error page. These same users can go to any other computer and login just fine. It seems to be limited to a single computer that can't login in each case. The most common configuration seems to be Windows 98 with IE 6.x. 2. One webmail user can login but is then unable to delete, forward, or reply to e-mail. He receives a "sequence failed" or a "failed to position file" error. He is using Windows 98 with IE 6.x. 3. Whenever webmail users receive an e-mail from AOL users, they can't forward the e-mail to anyone. It is either "corrupted" as received or will not attach to the forward. This problem only occurs with e-mail coming from AOL users. 4. I believe the last problem is already known, but I'll throw it in. The user's name no longer appears on the "greetings" page after login. Does anyone have any fixes??
