Our users receive many emails which have *.tif attachments (faxes). When viewed from the web messaging interface the link for the attachment does not appear. It shows a red X where the link should be. If you view the properties of the non-operating link you can see the destination of the attachment, (domain/Xad0d9e92cc939e99937a2a0f0f/attach/Main/97/1/1029239312/1619.TIF). If you cut and paste the destination into your browser, the attachment works fine. The problem appears to be in the html code generated. The bad link appears as; <img src="/Xa2eb9ececec9cf9e937a2a0f0f/attach/Main/97/1/1029239312/1619.TIF"> (no href) A good link as; href="/Xa2eb9ececec9cf9e937a2a0f0f/attach/Main/93/1/1029239312/CSG_Workshop. doc">CSG_Workshop.doc (Binary attachment) If I change the file extension to a *.doc or *.txt and send it back to the Imail server the link works fine from the web messaging interface. Seems that *.tif's can not be viewed from the web messaging interface. Thanks for any help...
