I can ping 209.223.133.9 and telnet to port 25 on that IP.  Works fine.  My 
temporary suggestion to get the email flowing, would be to hardcode that 
domain into the host file so IMail uses it.

Add this line to the c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\host file:

edmarshalljewelers.com     209.223.133.9

Then stop and restart the SMTP service.

Then IMail will send the email to that address.  That is a temp fix but 
gives to time to find a permanent one.  As long as that works, that may 
even be your permanent fix.
