    Used a binary editor and watched the file while changing it using
    the GUI and made a cgi program to list, add, and delete IP's and
    masks.

    However, all that was really unnecessary because there is now the
    exact same program available from the web via the imail monitor
    interface.  You can list, add, and delete addresses and masks and
    then toggle the smtp service to update the changes.

    I honestly had never seen that utility there before so I don't
    know if was there and I missed it or if it was added in 7.12.

    Of course I still would have had to figure it out to do my log
    file experiment.
