I'm still having "dictionary attacks" but at a less frantic
pace. My ACL is up to 700 entries. So far there is no
noticeable degradation in IMAIL's performance at that size.

Since I've been letting the program run automatically to block
IP's I have blocked 3 clients. My program allows 5 RCPT TO errors
from one IP before it blocks.

Since I'm blocking single IP's the program is fairly inefficient
so I need to sort the list and calculate ranges and then rebuild
    the file and rewrite it.
