Imail rules don't seem to catch this and you can't turn it off for a 
specific user because it is global.  I can't understand why Imail
never fixed or changed this feature, I guess nobody ever thought of
it being miss-used.  What are we suppose to do about this?  Even if
we were to purchase the next version of Imail, that doesn't mean
Ipswich is going to change anything.
