We are using Imail7.05 on Win2k,sp3 and sql2000 external database. Some of our web messaging customers are complaining about Main mailbox emails are getting deleted, Suddenly they see Main email box count shows 0 and when I check under user folder main mailbox size shows 0. Is this happening to any of your users? or problem with web messaging of imail V7.05. Please, anyone suggest any solution to the above problem. Thank you Balaji.
