heh, If you are using Outlook Express, goto Tools-->Accounts Then in Mail column click Add on your right column and choose Mail from there onwards it should be easy, just type in your details and under the servers column look for Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail which is POP and SMTP type in your pop and smtp server there..
