1. change the power supply

2. make sure all RAM modules are exactly matched to the CPU specs PC100, 
PC133, "PC 2", "PC 3"), and use only modules of same brand/make (as as 
troubleshooting exercise), if that's the case, interchange the modules' 
positions.
