I have created a "rules.ima" to restrict certain file extension from reaching my users. The rule works great when IMail receives mail from external senders. However, the rule doesn't effect internal senders if they (or their domains) happen to reside in the same physical iMail machine. Any idea why ? FYI, I am using version 7.12 HF1. I have tried leaving the "default mail host" field blank but it doesn't help. Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
