Presently, I am with a company that is using
Imail 6.06 with all patches updated. Here in the near future we planning
implementing a Anti-Spam/Virus Gateway using Declude etc. In the meantime, we
have taken a number of steps to make sure that no one can send mail remotely off
of the server. For the most part, it has worked very well, however a
user with the sending address of "<>" is always able to send mail off the
server. We have
1.) Refuse Null Sender box checked
2.) a <> enrty in the kill
file
3.) All patches
4.) All boxes checked in SMTP Security
Tab
No matter what we do, besides
going over the log files, and blocking IP's has worked.
Any ideas?
Thanks and Regards,
