Ashik -

Check with the customer and see if they are connecting using AOL,
or some other proxied internet connection.

If so, you will need to enable the "Ignore source address in
security check" option on the IMail Server (localhost -> Services -
> Web Messaging in my version).

The reason that they are having trouble logging in, in that case,
would be because their IP Address is constantly changing from
request to request and IMail is configured by default to bind the
session to the IP used during login.

Hi,

Some of our users get problems while logging in using the web
interface. They are asked to enter the user name and password
again and again even if it correct. When I try the same from my
end it works fine. I tried to set the javascript and all such
parameters of the browser and even tried 2 different browsers.
Still the same problem. Sometimes after a long try, they will be
able to get through. Can anyone help me out?

Regards
