[IMail Forum] Login problem with WEB Interface

Hi,   Some of our users get problems while logging in using the web interface. They are asked to enter the user name and password again and again even if it correct. When I try the same from my end it works fine. I tried to set the javascript and all such parameters of the browser and even tried 2 different browsers. Still the same problem. Sometimes after a long try, they will be able to get through.
