Yes, and someone correct me if I am incorrect but I believe that function is built in to IAdmin.exe and it's only valid use would be if you were wanting to connect to a second IMail server. I do not think you can use this to connect to your only IMail server from your desktop in order to remotely administer your Users and etc...
