Samantha,

Remote administration is supported in Imail at least
v6.0 and higher.

As has been indicated in previous messages, you can
administer IMail from the Web browser as long as you
have first created a user that has host admin
privileges:

Access the Imail administration program on your server
and navigate to the USERS section of the mail host.

Either use your current mail account or create new
account. At the bottom of the user information screen
you will see a series of check boxes. To allow
administration check the HOST ADMINISTRATOR box. This
will allow you to create and manage a specific mail
host. If you check the IMAIL SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
box, you allow the user to accomplish all previous
tasks and create additional mail hosts and additional
system functions.

I would suggest creating a few test accounts and
reviewing the rights available on log-in to become
more comfortable with the process.

To access the account via a browser type the mail host
id in a browser's address window followed by :8383.
This is the standard port Imail uses for web mail
access. (i.e. http://siteaddress.com:8383)

Others have provided additional suggestions in
previous e-mail messages. I strongly suggest
reviewing them to gain additional perspectives and
insights.

Good luck.
