Trial version doesn't matter. Make sure mailwelc.txt is gone from c:\imail\web (or wherever else your primary host's web directory is located). That error message indicates you deleted welcome.html. Deleting or renaming mailwelc.txt from the /web directory will definitely prevent the welcome page from showing up after login, as Eric said.   -Ron   Sorry Eric, but this does not solve the problem, though i reinstalled the IMail again and found the welcome page in the web directory.
