Hello Steve,
There are still allot of bugs in the Windows 2000 Server. That is the
biggest reason why
I have not upgraded to using it, Yes some people can get it to work for
them, But that
is after giong thru pure head ache working around 2k servers issue's.
If I was you, I would go back to the more reliable more sturdy more
flexable NT 4.0 Server.
I have been running it for years, and since the release of the " .Net
Framework" for NT 4,
everything is just perfect.
Win2k Pro, is a damn good system, And I love it to death, (Espeically it's
ability to
have a beautiful colored screen instead of WinNT 4's dull screen)
But you just can't beet the performance with NT4 though.
