Ashik,

mail.netpiper.com resolves to 216.167.125.193 which works but it also
resolves to 216.167.60.4 which is listed in
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=216.167.60.4

So, I'm at a loss as to why there are two ip addresses assigned to
mail.netpiper.com.  Looks like there is an actual domain called
mail.netpiper.com and an mx record under netpiper.com as mail.netpiper.com.
I would contact your isp and have them remove the mail.netpiper.com site and
just leave a mx 10 as mail.netpiper.com.
