So does this mean that you offer free E-mail service?
That's a whole separate issue. If you are offering free E-mail service,
you need to have some controls in place to prevent the users from sending
out spam. Being an open relay means that you are offering free service to
spammers (any spammer can use your mailserver to send mail to the world),
but you can not an open relay (meaning that only people you authorize can
use your mailserver to send out mail). However, if you authorize anyone to
use your mailserver, then spammers can use it.
