This is not your fault, MS SMTP is screwed up. Hotmail has a LOT of very bady days.errors... for example, sending to hotmail users is a problem
as well as to some ISP email account...
If the other servers don't work right, there' not much you can do, except keep trying to send them mail.Any suggestion and recommendation on what I can do???
however, the Stack Connect Fail is not usually an SMTP problem, but a routing / hardware / DNS /tcp-connectivity problem.
However, at one Imail ISP using IMGate, Monday seems to have been a rare good day for Hotmail:
