The logs don't seem to indicate any errors ...
What *do* they say? Some example SMTPD lines (to see if IMail received the E-mails) and SMTP- or SMTP lines (to see if IMail delivered them) during this time period would be useful.

except for the vir1117.log which
has an error about "virus scanner didn't finish after 60 seconds"
That probably happened because your virus scanner couldn't create a temporary file, due to the lack of disk space, and it tried asking you what to do about it -- which isn't good in an automated environment. Just one of the side-effects of the lack of disk space.
