After searching the KB using "web mail receiving attachments| imail" and not finding what I need, I am going to the gurus:
we received a complaint from a user that they were not able to read attachments via webmail; sure enough I checked it out and this function is not working. When an attachment arrives, and the user tries to view it via webmail, another browser window pops up and the binary info is displayed in the browser screen. I have checked and the browser.cap file is updated with all recent versions of IE & NS browsers; the registry also matches. We are running IMail 7.06 and Killer Web Templates with Declude virus/junk/hijack Any guidance is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
