We are able to read the attachments just fine once DL's with a mail client; it's just in WM that we have the issue. We keep several outside test email accounts (AOL, Hotmail, etc), so we can quickly run tests ourselves. One of those test accounts accounts is on another ISP's IMail server. When I send an email from any of these accounts, both to our server and to the other IMail account server, I have no problems opening the attachment from webmail on the other IMail server, but cannot open it using webmail on my own server - this being opening both accounts from the same laptop computer . I can send a message from my OE (i use plain text settings on sending) results in the same, even when sending to my self.. Several others tests with messages being sent from other outside accounts render the same results. Due to these basic preliminary tests, I am very confident it has nothing to do with the indiv. pc's settings but is a server side issue with our mail server. I also had no problem opening the jpg attachmemt using the demo acc't on KWM... I need to renew our service agreement with Imail to upgrade to 7.13; I will look into doing thst this week. Outside of that, I am at a loss..... Any particluar files that I may be missing in KWM that would pertain to this issue? Thank you for your time....
