And the errors repeat on each mail send.

That actually means that ALL those addresses were failing.

For example, if you send an E-mail to 50 people in 2 batches of 25 E-mails 
each, and 1 address bounces in the first batch and 2 addresses bounce in 
the second batch, you'll receive 2 bounce messages:  One with the 1 address 
from the first batch, the other with the 2 addresses in the second batch.
