Is it possible that certain addresses are triggering anti spam responses?

You'd  have to address this to your hosting provider. This is the only
way  to  determine precisely why the recipients bounced, since IMail's
DSNs  are  not  very  informative. Tell them what you told us and good
luck.

You  will  also want to determine their outbound IP address so you can
check  it  at  www.dnsstuff.com,  and  also  check  your own domain at
www.dnsreports.com.  Lists  throw Precedence: Bulk into the mix, so an
otherwise  just-passing  server  can  trip an anti-spam alarm for list
mail, but not person-to-person mail.
