[IMail Forum] Spool / Web Folder

I wanted to see if anyone knew what is most likely to be in this folder.  I currently 
am seeing a few .doc's, .tif's, .gif's and some .tmp's from previous dates.  Can these 
be safely deleted, or does IMail store things here for future use.  Thanks for the 
info.
