Are you using a 100MB NIC or a 1GB NIC? And if it's the Intel 1GB NIC that came with the sever, you way want to disable it 9BIOS) and install a 3COM 100MB card. There has been some discussion with Dell and the Gigabit NICS from Intel being a bad combo.

Sounds like you better leave Declude Junkmail on and invest in Declude
Hijack.
