I would wager that it probably isn't all legit. That is a TON of mail. And if it is - why don't they have their own IT staff with their own mail servers?

If it is, and you expect it to be regular, you should think about having the this trusted whoever send it to an IMGate machine (which can do relay for addresses, too) to keep it off your Imail box.
