I know this is a little off topic, but maybe you can help

Yesterday airline ticket confirmations were getting e-mailed to us from
Southwest Airlines. We never got them and so I started checking the logs.
Here is one of them I found over and over.

22-Jan-2003 00:10:59 Action: Message Delivery Attempt Failed To:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] SMTP ID: M2003012104454918503
Last Response: Could not contact server.

If I run nslookup on mail.southwest.com, nothing is returned. But their MX
records are mail01.southwest.com and mail02.southwest.com. I assume that
this is related to the A record or PTR record, but I am truly not sure. Any
insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
