No matter what solutions others are able to offer, why do you want to punish yourself this way? Imail offers practically all the features and more of Exchange at less cost. Exchange offers practically all the features and more of Imail at greater cost. Have your users in 2 sub domains, imail.domain.com and exchange.domain.com.
