i believe he's referring to the exact problem i have, that we've discussed 
over the past several days.  and if that is the case, imail can't do
anything 
about it, although it should.

That's probably a dictionary attack. If you just don't care about it, you 
can turn off your "nobody" alias (if you are receiving those E-mails, then 
you have the "nobody" alias set up). If you do care, check the archives, 
and you'll find lots of advice.
