This took me quite a while to set this thing up. And the scripts I origianlly designed
for an "ISP" locally here in my town, for $10.00 Plus 3 months of free internet access.
For my old Business Dialup Server Account. So, I would have to ask for something
a donation or something. Like maybe "$5.00" and that would give you the entire
source code. Not allot, Just something,

The one that I have here also has a "Guidelines" that the "User Visitor" can read before they
joining the list, of which I am going to make it to where the user has to read before.
Submitting there email address. But that is not going to be worked on for several months.
