I have looked for something like that, and came up short also. What I use is Ipswitch's (plug - plug) "Whats up gold" SNMP graph utility on my routers. You can view octets in and out, and dump the data to a spreadsheet. Its kind of raw, but you can see how much bandwidth you are using. But if you want free, then there are probably several freeware SNMP managers out there you can use.
