You do have a problem:

http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=nopickles.com

One MX server does not answer, the other claims to be someone else.

WARNING: One or more of your mailservers claims to be a host other than what
it really is (the SMTP greeting should be a 3-digit code, followed by a
space or a dash, then the host name). This probably won't cause any harm,
but is a technical violation of RFC821 4.3.

mail.nopickles.com claims to be host mail2.ncws.com.
Actually, that is a very minor violation, that really doesn't apply much anymore. The real problem was back when IMail called every domain "X1", which was a real problem. This one isn't worth worrying about (and should probably get changed in the DNS report).
