The Host file checks out.

And it is not just domains we are relaying for. There are some outbound
messages as well (like to bellsouth.net) that are hanging.

The queue is still growing, as is the spool folder (up over 25% since my
first email).

Get this, a good number of the D*.SMD files are "locked" because the
file is being used by another process. Most of those are recent files,
less than a few minutes old. The older ones can be accessed. Which would
indicate to me that IMAIL is attempting to send those files, when it
can't it just sort of quits and goes to the next.

Could this be the process "issue" that is fairly common? Meaning that am
I just getting more email into the system than I can push out? But why
only "some" domains?

Again, mail is moving through the system (as evident by this email). Is
the "old" stuff just going to have to wait it out? What is it hanging
on?

But then why does it seem that some domains have problems and others
don't?

Can I go home now?
