I am having an issue where Imail
does a lookup on the destination domain and grabs (or retains) the wrong
IP.
02:28 11:16 SMTP-(000008A4) processing
C:\IMail\spool\Qb5876f37010a452e.SMD
02:28 11:16 SMTP-(000008A4) Trying dsl-cpa.com (0) 02:28 11:16 SMTP-(000008A4) Stack connect fail "209.67.152.13" What is stumping me about this
is that the domain in question is that it has valid MX record that is not what
is listed above. I first thought it was a DNS cache issue, and flushed the DNS
of both the mail server and the DNS server its using for its SMTP.
And while each of these servers does the MX lookup properly on the domain, Imail
still uses the 209.67.152.13 address and fails.
Is their something at the
application level that keeps a DNS cache?
Any insight would be
appreciated, thanks,
Gabe
