That is  "is their a way to force Imail to use the 206.55.249.202 IP"
short of setting the DNS up properly locally???

In this case, since there is no way of simply notifying the postmaster@ account at the domain you are trying to send to (so they could fix the problem), I would add:


206.55.249.202 dsl-cpa.com

to the HOSTS file. That will hard-code it so that IMail will be able to send mail to them, despite their broken MX record.
