This is not an isolated thing. I believe it has to do with their Spam blocking they recently added as well as some DNS issues.
Please post whatever information you may find. I've been watching several other mailing lists (for other mail server software) and its a global thing.
yep, and very variable, some ISP's are happy with msn, but a lot aren't.
An IMail/IMGate user "on an island somewhere" has this stuck in IMGate's queue right now:
1 hotmail.msn.com[64.4.44.7]: Connection timed out)
1 smtp-gw-4.msn.com[207.46.181.13]: Connection refused)
1 smtp-gw-4.msn.com[207.46.181.13]: Connection refused)
318 smtp-gw-4.msn.com[207.46.181.13]: server dropped connection without sending the initial greeting)
1 smtp-gw-4.msn.com[207.46.181.13]: server refused mail service)
... out of a total queue of about 1200.
