Does anyone have problems viewing attachments using Web Messaging. Have a user who receives daily .pdf attachments. When he opens the attachment it's blank (completely empty). If he saves it before opening it he gets the same thing. I looked at the Outlook properties of the user who was sending him the attachment. I changed the format from MIME to UUENCODE. Now if he opens the attachment in Web Messaging it's garbled but if he saves it and then opens it, it opens correctly...Has anyone else run into this issue.
